A GUIDE TO GOOD LENS WEAR & CARE HABITS

today i want to share with you all how to care contact lens...
i don't know why i too schema right now.. [ please slap on my face right now!]

now i already expert in handling my own lens.... [ are you sure dila??]
its too difficult to wear it for the first time...[ my hands shaking like hell!]
and that consultancy always make idiot jokes!

here are the guide and i hope you all can practice it oke!

1. always wash and dry hands thoroughly. remove the lens from your right eye to avoid confusion.

1. place the lens in the palm of your hand. apply at least 3 drops of MPS to each lens surface.

1. gently rub the lens using a circular motion for at least 10 seconds.

1. rinse the lens thoroughly with MPS while rubbing the lens gently between the thumb and forefinger for at least 10 seconds.

1. place the lens in the lens case.

1. fill one side to the line with fresh MPS. replace cap and screw closed. repeat the procedure with your other lens.

1. allow lenses to soak for at least 4 hours, your lenses are now clean, disinfected and ready to be worn. you can store your lens overnight. for ultimate comfort, rinse the lenses with MPS prior to inserting to your eyes.

1. discard remaining solution from lenses case and the rinse it with fresh MPS. leave case open to air dry.

* MPS = multi-purpose solution
